What You'll Do
- Speak to incoming leads over phone, WhatsApp, and in person, and convert them into studio bookings
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (creators, businesses, agencies) and pitch our studio packages
- Explain our studio offerings, pricing, and packages clearly and confidently
- Give studio tours and walkthroughs to clients who visit
- Follow up consistently with leads until they convert
- Maintain your lead pipeline and update daily reports on the tracking sheet
- Coordinate with the production team to schedule client shoots
- Build long-term relationships so clients come back and refer others
Who We're Looking For
- Excellent spoken communication — confident, clear, and persuasive on the phone
- Fluent in English and Hindi (comfortable switching as per the client)
- Naturally confident, energetic, and not shy about talking to new people
- Good at building rapport and handling objections without giving up
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and disciplined with follow-ups
- Comfortable with both office work and occasional field meetings
- Freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply — we'll train you on the rest
Nice to Have (Not Mandatory)
- Any prior sales, tele-calling, BPO, or customer-facing experience
- Interest in content, media, podcasts, or the creator economy
- Basic comfort with WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
