Roswalt Realty is looking for a smart, customer-focused, and well-presented Handover & Customer Relations Executive to join our team in Chembur, Mumbai.
This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy interacting with customers, coordinating with multiple teams, and ensuring a seamless customer experience during property handovers and post-possession support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate residential unit handovers with customers.
- Conduct unit walkthroughs during possession.
- Coordinate with CRM, Sales, Engineering and Facility teams for smooth handovers.
- Record and track snag lists until closure.
- Handle customer queries, complaints and service requests professionally.
- Maintain complaint logs and documentation.
- Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
- Support residents during move-in activities.
- Maintain accurate MIS and handover records.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every interaction.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who is:
- 1–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Hospitality, Front Office, Real Estate, Facility Management or Property Management.
- Freshers with excellent communication and personality are welcome to apply.
- Well-groomed with a professional appearance.
- Confident in face-to-face customer interactions.
- Good verbal communication in English and Hindi.
- Comfortable using MS Excel and MS Office.
- Detail-oriented with strong coordination skills.
