Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-process inspections at SMT, PCB assembly, testing, final assembly, and packing.
- Perform first-off inspection and line clearance.
- Identify, segregate, and report non-conforming products.
- Maintain inspection records and quality documentation.
- Coordinate with Production and Engineering to resolve quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards, ESD, and 5S.
- Support CAPA, root cause analysis, and quality improvement activities.
Qualifications:
- Diploma/ITI in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related field.
- 1–2 years of IPQC experience in electronics/charger manufacturing preferred.
Skills:
- Knowledge of PCB assembly, SMT/THT processes, and testing.
- Familiarity with QC tools, measuring instruments, and quality standards.
- Good communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
