About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented eCommerce Listing Executive to manage and optimize product listings across multiple online marketplaces and eCommerce platforms.
The ideal candidate should have experience handling product uploads, catalog management, listing optimization, inventory coordination, and marketplace operations while ensuring accuracy and consistency across all channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, upload and manage product listings across marketplaces and eCommerce platforms.
- Maintain product titles, descriptions, specifications, images and pricing.
- Ensure listings are accurate, optimized and comply with platform guidelines.
- Manage catalog updates, product launches and bulk uploads.
- Coordinate with design, operations and marketing teams for listing requirements.
- Monitor listing health and resolve suppressed or inactive listings.
- Update inventory, stock availability and product attributes.
- Manage category mapping, collections and product tagging.
- Perform regular audits to ensure listing accuracy.
- Track competitor listings and identify optimization opportunities.
- Maintain product data sheets and listing documentation.
- Assist in marketplace operations and catalog-related projects.
Required Skills
- Experience working with Shopify, Amazon, Flipkart, WooCommerce or other eCommerce platforms.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good understanding of product catalog management.
- Knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.
- Ability to manage large volumes of product data.
- Basic understanding of SEO for product listings.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in eCommerce catalog or listing management.
- Experience with bulk upload tools and CSV management.
- Familiarity with marketplace seller panels.
- Basic image editing knowledge is a plus.
- Experience with inventory and order management systems is preferred.
