Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to ensure smooth operation and maintenance of plant machinery and equipment. The candidate should have strong hands-on experience in PLC systems, CNC machines, hydraulic systems, conveyors, thermoforming, and molding machines, with a focus on minimizing downtime and improving equipment reliability.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC-based systems and control panels.
- Handle maintenance of CNC, thermoforming, and molding machines.
- Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor belt systems.
- Work on hydraulic systems and control circuits.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure maximum uptime.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintenance procedures.
- Maintain maintenance records, reports, and technical documentation.
- Coordinate with production teams for smooth plant operations.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong experience in industrial/manufacturing maintenance.
- Hands-on knowledge of PLCs (Siemens / Allen Bradley or equivalent).
- Experience with CNC, thermoforming, and molding machines.
- Knowledge of conveyor belt systems and material handling equipment.
- Understanding of hydraulic systems and control circuits.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Qualification
- Diploma / Degree in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
Preferred Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Experience in plastic manufacturing, thermoforming, or molding industries preferred.
- Strong technical and analytical skills.
- Willingness to work at Sanand, Gujarat.
Basic Technical Knowledge
- Thermoforming: Shaping heated plastic sheets using a mold.
- Molding: Forming products by injecting or pressing material into a mold.
- Conveyor Belt: Equipment used for material handling and transportation.
- Hydraulic System: Power transmission using pressurized fluid (oil).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹38,000.00 per month
