Pizza Hut is looking for dedicated and technically skilled individuals to join our team as Maintenance Technicians (General Property Maintenance) for our outlets in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. Key Responsibilities
As a GPM Technician, you will be responsible for the upkeep and repair of restaurant equipment and facilities to ensure uninterrupted service.
Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine check-ups and repairs on kitchen equipment (fryers, ovens, chillers, and dispensers).
Electrical Systems: Maintain and troubleshoot electrical panels, wiring, lighting, and backup generators.
Facility Upkeep: Handle basic plumbing, HVAC (Air Conditioning) maintenance, and minor civil repairs.
Preventive Maintenance: Execute scheduled maintenance tasks to prevent equipment breakdowns.
Safety Compliance: Ensure all repairs are conducted following safety standards and food industry hygiene protocols.
Reporting: Maintain logs of repairs, spare parts inventory, and energy consumption.
Qualification: ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering
