Manage the entire sales cycle
- Contact potential and existing customers through calls, emails, and follow-ups.
- Manage and update the customer database (CRM) with accurate lead and sales information.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments or in visits.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate sports products, gear, or packages.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing to customers effectively.
- Follow up on leads and close sales to meet or exceed monthly targets.
- Maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Provide excellent service before, during, and after sales.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely communication.
- Support marketing and promotional campaigns by reaching out to targeted segments.
