We are seeking dedicated and customer-friendly Sales Assistants to support our retail operations. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers, working in a team, and building a career in the retail industry.
Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist them with their shopping needs.
- Provide information about products, offers, and promotions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Assist with product arrangement, stock replenishment, and inventory checks.
- Support billing and other day-to-day store activities when required.
- Work closely with team members to ensure excellent customer service.
- Contribute to achieving store sales targets.
Requirements
- Plus Two / Higher Secondary qualification.
- 0–2 years of experience in sales, retail, or customer service.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
