Hiring: Assistant Manager – Human Resources
Location: Tricity (Chandigarh/Mohali/Panchkula)
Experience: 5-7 years
We are looking for an Assistant Manager – HR who can operate as a mini HR Business Partner, managing HR end-to-end while closely supporting business and functional leaders.
Role Purpose
This role will drive day-to-day HR operations while also partnering with business leaders on people-related decisions, employee engagement, and process improvements. The ideal candidate should be hands-on, proactive, and comfortable balancing transactional HR with strategic thinking.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations including employee lifecycle processes
- Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and people-related decisions
- Support recruitment and onboarding activities as required
- Drive employee engagement and employee relations initiatives
- Ensure implementation and adherence to HR policies and processes
- Support performance management and talent development initiatives
- Handle employee concerns and provide HR advisory support
- Work on HR projects and process improvement initiatives
Ideal Candidate Profile
- 5–7 years of relevant HR generalist/HRBP experience
- Strong understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to balance operational execution with business partnering
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable taking ownership
- Prior experience in manufacturing/industrial setup will be an advantage
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
