Job Overview:
Indo European Study Abroad is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Branch Manager to lead and oversee branch operations while driving business growth, team performance, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate must possess strong experience in the Study Abroad / International Education sector with a proven track record in team management, business development, student counseling operations, and branch administration. The role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills and the ability to achieve revenue and operational goals.
The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing branch activities, leading teams, ensuring high-quality student services, and implementing growth strategies to strengthen the organization’s market presence.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the complete operations and performance of the branch.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise branch teams to achieve business objectives and performance targets.
- Drive branch revenue growth and ensure achievement of sales and operational KPIs.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase admissions, partnerships, and market expansion.
- Monitor daily branch operations and ensure smooth workflow management.
- Ensure quality counseling and support services for students seeking overseas education opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, institutional partners, and stakeholders.
- Track team performance and conduct regular reviews, training sessions, and development initiatives.
- Analyze branch performance metrics and generate reports for management review.
- Identify market opportunities, business trends, and competitive strategies for business growth.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful execution of branch initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Study Abroad / International Education industry.
- Mandatory experience in Branch Management, Team Handling, or Business Operations.
- Strong understanding of international education systems, admissions, and overseas study processes.
- Proven track record of achieving business and team performance targets.
