Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Engineer to lead ESCO-based LED Street Light and Smart Control Panel projects. The role involves end-to-end site execution, contractor coordination, technical supervision, and monitoring of CCMS/IoT systems for municipal streetlighting networks. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with effective communication and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth project delivery and measurable energy savings.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site surveys and supervise installation of LED streetlights & feeder panels
- Monitor CCMS/IoT smart control systems and ensure data accuracy
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and municipal officials for seamless execution
- Perform maintenance inspections and ensure timely fault resolution
- Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPRs), documentation, and assist in energy saving verification
- Apply problem-solving techniques and root-cause diagnosis for technical issues
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with cable sizing, load calculations, and lux measurements
- Ensure compliance with ESCO model requirements and project guidelines
Education & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering (mandatory)
- Prior experience in streetlighting, smart control systems, or ESCO projects preferred
- Strong communication and field coordination skills
