Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop PCB layouts using Altium Designer.
- Convert schematics into manufacturable PCB layouts.
- Create multilayer, high-speed, mixed-signal, and impedance-controlled PCB designs.
- Generate manufacturing outputs including Gerber, ODB++, NC Drill, BOM, Pick & Place, and assembly drawings.
- Perform DRC, ERC, and layout verification checks.
- Conduct Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) reviews.
- Work closely with customers, production, CAM, and quality teams to resolve design-related issues.
- Create and maintain PCB component libraries and footprints.
- Support engineering change requests (ECR/ECO) and design modifications.
- Review stack-ups, impedance calculations, and fabrication requirements.
- Ensure compliance with IPC standards and customer specifications.
- Support prototype development and production release activities.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Altium Designer.
- Experience in PCB layout design for multilayer boards.
- Knowledge of PCB fabrication and assembly processes.
- Understanding of IPC standards (IPC-2221, IPC-6012, IPC-A-600).
- Experience with Gerber generation, ODB++, and manufacturing documentation.
- Knowledge of signal integrity, power integrity, and impedance-controlled designs.
- Familiarity with DFM, DFA, and DFT methodologies.
- Ability to troubleshoot PCB design and manufacturing issues.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Qualifications
- Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 2–6 years of experience in PCB Design or PCB Manufacturing environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with HDI, Rigid-Flex, RF, and High-Speed PCB designs.
- Knowledge of CAM engineering processes.
- Experience working with international customers and PCB fabrication houses.
- Familiarity with Allegro, PADS, KiCad, or other PCB design tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
