The Immigration Specialist (IS) will join the Visa Processing team, which is responsible for helping U.S. employers alleviate their chronic labor shortage by sponsoring foreign workers through the EB-3 Unskilled program. The IS will draft Labor Certifications (LCs) for submission with the Department of Labor, communicate with clients on case progress, and manage a high-volume caseload.
Duties/Responsibilities

Communicate with clients on case progress and manage client relationships. Help guide clients through the entire immigration process
- Draft and file Labor Certifications with the Department of Labor
- Create audit files

Submit audit responses to the Department of Labor
- Draft and file Prevailing Wage Determinations
- Make any necessary revisions to drafted forms after attorney review
- Meet assigned deadlines and communicate case progress/issues to the manager and/or attorney
- Manage a high-volume caseload and meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Ensure data integrity and may assist in data audit projects
- Work collaboratively with manager(s), attorney(s), and support staff
- Additional responsibilities and projects as assigned
- Performs all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

Some College/Associates degree preferred
