We are looking for a skilled and motivated Landscaping Engineer to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for planning, designing, coordinating, and executing landscape development works for residential, commercial, and township projects. The role requires strong technical knowledge, site coordination skills, and practical experience in landscape execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare landscape layouts, grading plans, and detailed working drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, civil engineers, MEP consultants, and site teams.
- Execute softscape and hardscape works as per approved drawings.
- Supervise site activities including paving, plantations, irrigation systems, water features, and lighting coordination.
- Monitor project quality, timelines, and manpower productivity.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
- Prepare BOQs, material estimations, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure proper drainage planning and slope management within landscape areas.
- Coordinate with survey and drone teams for site analysis whenever required.
- Maintain project documentation and progress reports.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
