About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Finance Technical Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Finance systems, finance process automation, and ERP integrations. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical capabilities and functional finance understanding to drive automation initiatives, optimize financial workflows, and implement scalable solutions across enterprise finance systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and support technical solutions within Oracle Finance applications and ERP environments.
- Analyze finance processes including P2P, O2C, R2R, and FP&A to identify automation and system optimization opportunities.
- Develop and manage integrations between Oracle Finance modules and third-party/business applications.
- Configure and implement automation solutions using tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, Alteryx, or similar platforms.
- Work closely with finance, business, and IT stakeholders to gather technical requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Develop custom reports, workflows, interfaces, APIs, and data migration solutions as required.
- Ensure data integrity, system performance, security compliance, and process efficiency across finance systems.
- Support system upgrades, enhancements, testing, deployment activities, and post-implementation support.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolution for finance system-related incidents.
- Create technical documentation, SOPs, and provide user training/support when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience as an Oracle Finance Technical Consultant or Oracle ERP Technical Specialist.
- Strong technical expertise in Oracle Finance modules and ERP architecture.
- Experience in Oracle integrations, APIs, interfaces, workflows, and data management.
- Good understanding of finance and accounting processes including P2P, O2C, R2R, and FP&A.
- Hands-on experience with automation/RPA tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, Alteryx, or similar technologies is preferred.
- Experience with SQL, PL/SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in enterprise finance transformation or ERP implementation projects.
- Exposure to cloud ERP environments and finance analytics platforms.
- Knowledge of automation frameworks and workflow orchestration tools will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
