Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers and process orders and payments accurately.
- Generate bills and collect payments via cash, card, UPI, and other payment methods.
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions.
- Balance cash drawer and prepare daily cash reports.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding bills and payments.
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth order processing.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
- Assist in resolving customer concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Minimum Graduate or equivalent qualification.
- 1–3 years of experience as a Cashier, preferably in a restaurant or hospitality industry.
- Basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to handle cash transactions with accuracy.
- Basic computer proficiency and reporting skills.
Salary
As per company standards and candidate experience.
Working Hours
As per restaurant operational requirements, including weekends and holidays.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
