Roles & Responsibilities:
- Interact directly with clients to gather, analyze, and validate business requirements.
- Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
- Create BRD, FRD, process flow diagrams, wireframes, and use cases.
- Work closely with product, development, and QA teams throughout project lifecycle.
- Conduct requirement workshops, stakeholder meetings, and solution discussions.
- Manage requirement changes and ensure proper documentation.
- Perform gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Support UAT, implementation, and post-deployment analysis.
Required Skills:
- 1–2 years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
- Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience in creating workflow diagrams, wireframes, and process documentation.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to bridge communication between business and technical teams.
- Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Visio, or similar platforms is preferred.
Preferred Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Relevant BA certification is a plus.
Pay: From ₹200,000.00 per year
