Role OverviewWe are looking for a results-driven Social Media Manager with a strong command over social media analytics, platform algorithms, and performance-driven content strategies. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing FMCG brands, backed by proven case studies, and the ability to translate data into actionable growth strategies.
Key Responsibilities-
Social Media Strategy & Execution Develop and execute end-to-end social media strategies for FMCG brands across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and emerging channels. Plan content calendars aligned with brand positioning, campaigns, and seasonal trends. Leverage platform trends, formats (Reels, Shorts, Carousels), and cultural moments to drive engagement and reach.
Analytics & Performance OptimizationMonitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics (engagement rate, reach, CTR, conversions, follower growth).Use insights to continuously optimize content, targeting, and campaign performance.Conduct A/B testing and pilot campaigns to refine creative and media strategies before scaling.
Platform & Algorithm ExpertiseStay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes.Adapt strategies in real-time to ensure maximum visibility, reach, and engagement.Identify emerging opportunities (new features, formats, or platforms) to give brands a competitive edge.
Case Studies & ReportingPresent successful case studies demonstrating measurable impact on brand growth, engagement, or sales.Create detailed performance reports and dashboards with clear insights and actionable recommendations.Lead client presentations with strong storytelling backed by data.
Collaboration & ExecutionWork closely with content, design, and performance marketing teams to deliver high-quality creatives.Ensure brand consistency across all communication and touchpoints.Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely campaign execution.
QualificationsExperience:
3–5+ years in social media management, preferably with FMCG brands or agencies. Analytics Expertise: Strong understanding of tools like Meta Insights, Google Analytics, and third-party social analytics platforms.Platform Knowledge: Deep understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and evolving social ecosystems. Case Study Driven: Ability to showcase past work with measurable results and growth impact.Presentation Skills: Excellent communication and storytelling skills with strong command over reports and client presentations.Mindset: Data-driven, trend-savvy, and highly proactive in experimenting and scaling strategies.
