Role
We are seeking a Seasoned Professional with 10+ years of experience to take absolute ownership of our real estate sales division. This is a high-impact leadership role for a mature professional who can seamlessly balance strategic office management with active, field-level coaching.
The core of this role focuses on driving premium plot sales and guiding clients through the customized villa design and construction journey.
The ideal candidate is a true "Frontline Leader" —someone who can personally master high-volume inbound call lead handling, optimize conversion funnels, and step into the field to close high-value property deals.
#Core Responsibilities
* Inbound Lead & Call Management: Oversee and actively participate in the daily handling of inbound sales calls. Ensure rapid response times, structured lead qualification, and a high-conversion pipeline from initial inquiry to site visit.
* Consultative Plot & Villa Selling: Guide prospects through the unique value proposition of purchasing premium plots and opting for customized villa construction. Masterfully handle objections regarding design, timelines, and legal clearances.
* Frontline Field Leadership: Spend approximately 50% of your time in the field with the sales team to assess closing skills, refine pitch techniques, and lead high-value face-to-face negotiations.
* Operational Accountability: Own the entire sales lifecycle. Drive structured daily performance huddles, identify bottleneck areas in the inbound lead funnel, and maintain high conversion ratios to hit aggressive monthly targets.
* Management Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between the sales frontlines and executive management, providing clear, data-driven reviews of pipeline health, customer feedback, and regional market trends.
Candidate Profile
* Experience: Minimum 10 years of professional experience, with a heavy preference for Real Estate (specifically plot layouts, township projects, or villa developments). Experience in Banking (Home Loans) or Premium Customer Services will also be considered.
* Sales Acumen: Proven expertise in firsthand sales, inbound lead nurturing, and consultative selling for long-cycle, high-value investments.
* Linguistic Mastery (Multilingual):
* Mandatory : Professional-level fluency in Malayalam, Tamil, and English is strictly required to effectively manage the local and regional customer demographic.
* Preferred: A working understanding or fluency in *Hindi*will be a significant advantage for handling premium, cross-regional, or NRI inquiries.
* Leadership Maturity: A track record of managing and motivating diverse teams with high emotional intelligence, professional authority, and structured accountability.
* Education: MBA (Marketing, HR, or Operations) is highly preferred.
* Market Alignment: Must be based in or willing to relocate to Palakkad, with a deep understanding of local real estate dynamics and buyer psychology.
