Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Deputy Manager – Sales with a strong background in Commercial Real Estate Sales for a reputed real estate developer. The candidate should possess excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with fluency in English and a proven ability to drive direct sales of commercial projects.
Note: Experience with real estate developers/builders is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales of commercial real estate projects, including office spaces, retail spaces, business parks, and mixed-use developments.
- Generate and convert leads through direct sales efforts, corporate outreach, and business networking.
- Conduct client meetings, project presentations, site visits, and investment consultations.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, investors, HNIs, and institutional buyers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close transactions.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements to identify new business opportunities.
- Coordinate with marketing, legal, CRM, and project teams to ensure seamless customer experience.
- Prepare sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business development plans for management review.
- Mentor and guide junior sales team members to improve overall team performance.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Sales.
- Experience working with a Real Estate Developer/Builder is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of commercial property sales, leasing concepts, investment analysis, and market dynamics.
