- Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance: Develop, implement, and oversee schedules for machinery, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose machine malfunctions and validate repair techniques to ensure uninterrupted production or operations.
- Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and schedule maintenance technicians and workers.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external contractors and service providers for specialized repairs.
- Inventory Control: Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Diploma Mechanical Engineering or related facilities management field.
- Experience: Generally 2-3 years in maintenance, ideally within manufacturing, electronics, or facility management.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in HVAC systems, electrical troubleshooting, and maintenance management software (CMMS/MES).
- Soft Skills:
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
