Role Overview:
- We are looking for an Associate AI Executor with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about building practical AI-powered solutions for real-world business problems.
- This is an execution-focused role for someone with strong Python fundamentals, backend API experience, and hands-on exposure to Generative AI tools and workflows. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across AI, backend development, automation, and business problem-solving.
- You will work closely with AI Executors, product teams, and backend developers to build, integrate, test, and deploy AI-driven features using modern Generative AI technologies, APIs, and backend systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and integrate AI/ML and Generative AI features into backend systems using Python.
- Build and maintain REST APIs and microservices using frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or similar.
- Work with LLM platforms and APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, Hugging Face, LangChain, or similar tools.
- Implement prompt engineering techniques to improve the quality, reliability, and usability of AI outputs.
- Support the development of RAG-based workflows using embeddings, vector databases, and external data sources.
- Work with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or similar technologies.
- Assist in designing and debugging AI pipelines, backend workflows, and data-processing tasks.
- Work with databases such as PostgreSQL, Supabase, or similar systems.
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to understand requirements and convert them into executable AI and development tasks.
- Debug issues, optimize workflows, and ensure reliability of AI features and backend services.
- Stay updated with new AI tools, frameworks, and best practices through hands-on experimentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of experience in software development, AI/ML, backend development, or related roles. Internships may be considered.
- Strong Python fundamentals and hands-on coding experience.
- Experience with backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Flask, or similar.
- Good understanding of async programming and asynchronous workflows.
- Experience with Generative AI tools, APIs, or frameworks.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering and practical LLM usage.
- Understanding of RAG, embeddings, and vector search concepts.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, or similar.
- Experience in REST API development and backend integrations.
- Working knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, Supabase, or similar.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and evolving environment.
Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of React or Next.js.
- Web scraping experience.
- Basic understanding of system design concepts.
- Deployment experience for backend or AI applications.
- Understanding of authentication and security basics.
- Exposure to LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.

Pay: ₹474,793.58 - ₹600,000.00 per year
