About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic business development executive to join our growing team. If you have excellent communication skills, are fluent in Hindi, and enjoy interacting with people, we'd love to hear from you. Freshers with the right attitude and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential clients.
- Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
- Understand clients' requirements and explain our products/services effectively.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth communication.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions in Excel.
Required Skills
- Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel.
- Confident, proactive, and willing to learn.
- Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Eligibility
- Any Graduate (Preferred)
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with up to 5 years of experience in business development, sales, telecalling, customer support, or inside sales are also encouraged to apply.
