Roles & Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-quality training sessions for IELTS (Academic & General) and Spoken English.
- Design, plan, and deliver lessons that improve students’ Listening, Reading, Writing, and Speaking skills.
- Prepare customized study plans, practice tests, and mock exams to track students’ progress.
- Provide individual feedback and strategies to help students achieve desired band scores.
- Train students in English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and fluency for effective communication.
- Maintain updated knowledge of IELTS exam patterns, marking criteria, and test formats.
- Motivate and mentor students to build confidence in English speaking and test-taking skills.
- Keep performance records and report students’ progress to the management.
- Contribute to curriculum development, study material creation, and classroom activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or related field.
- Prior experience in IELTS training and Spoken English coaching (minimum 1–2 years preferred).
- Strong command over English language (both written and spoken).
- Familiarity with IELTS exam structure, scoring, and test-taking strategies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage groups as well as provide one-on-one coaching.
- Certification in IELTS/PTE.
