Role description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Gen AI Lead with 6-9 years of experience to lead the design and development of Generative AI solutions. The candidate should have strong expertise in LLMs, RAG frameworks, prompt engineering, and enterprise-level AI integration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end development of Generative AI solutions.
Architect and implement RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation) based applications.
Drive prompt engineering and optimization for business use cases.
Build solutions using LangChain / LlamaIndex frameworks.
Integrate LLMs via APIs (Azure OpenAI, OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.).
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define AI roadmaps.
Mentor team members and guide technical delivery.
Ensure scalability, security, and performance of AI solutions.
Ensure Responsible AI practices and governance compliance.
Required Skills
6-9 years of IT experience
Strong hands-on in Python
Experience with LLMs (GPT, Claude, Llama, etc.)
Hands-on experience in RAG, embeddings, vector search
Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex
Knowledge of Vector Databases (Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB, Weaviate, etc.)
Experience with REST APIs / Microservices
Cloud experience in Azure / AWS / GCP
Good to Have
Fine-tuning / LoRA exposure
AI Ops / ML Ops knowledge
Docker / Kubernetes experience
Databricks / Azure ML Studio experience
Education
BE / BTech / MCA / MTech or equivalent.
