AGCO is looking to hire candidates for the position of Plant & Process Simulation Engineer (DES)
In the context of the creation of the Digital Capability Center of AGCO, you will contribute directly to the AGCO Digital Twin strategy by defining industrial systems definition for early trade-off analysis using AGCO defined process, method and tools. The job requires defining, developing and deploying production discrete event simulation models and operation simulations
- Creating, delivering and standardizing discrete event simulation models of existing and future manufacturing Lines/Sites (Plants).
- Perform & define the bottlenecks in the line to enhance its efficacy.
- Creating and defining the future processes, improved ways of working (WOW).
• Collaborating with plant engineers/planners on discrete event simulation simulations to balance production rate across processes, understand material discrete event simulation, determine buffer requirements and maximize factory throughput. • Develop simulation models for the improvisation in the line/machine/plant efficiency.
- Optimize / Rework of 3D Scans / generated point clouds
Your Experience and Qualifications
