Key Responsibilities
- Customer Query Management:
- Respond to all customer queries on WhatsApp & Instagram promptly and professionally
- Abandoned Cart Recovery:
Follow up with customers to recover abandoned carts and improve conversion rates
Engage with customers, recommend products, and close sales through personalized interactionCall and confirm COD orders before dispatch to reduce RTOTrack and update all payments received via website and WhatsAppCoordinate return pickups and manage alteration requests efficientlyEnsure all prepared orders are marked Ready to Ship in the systemShare weekly reports on sales, conversions, returns, and customer interactions

Requirements
- 1–4 years experience in CRM, online sales, or customer handling
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi; Bengali is a plus)
- Experience with WhatsApp/Instagram customer handling
- Organized, responsive, and sales-oriented mindset

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
