We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (Sales) to join our team in the tourism industry. This role is ideal for someone passionate about travel and tourism, looking to gain experience in sales and business development. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to expand our client base, build partnerships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Research and identify potential clients in the tourism and travel industry.
- Initiate contact with leads through cold calling, emailing, and networking events.
- Schedule and attend meetings with potential clients to present the company’s services.
Sales Strategy:
- Assist in developing sales strategies to target key markets.
- Work with the team to implement sales campaigns and promotions.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sales efforts.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and travel partners.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist in negotiating and closing deals with clients
Market Research & Competitor Analysis:
- Conduct research on current market trends and competitor activities.
- Gather insights on customer preferences and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
Support Marketing Efforts:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional content and campaigns.
- Help organize and participate in tourism-related events, trade shows, and networking sessions.
Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare regular sales reports and track performance against targets.
- Analyze data to identify patterns and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Recently completed a degree in Business, Tourism, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and the tourism industry.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not required).
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
