Key Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Chemical Engineering.
- Experience: 3 to 7 years of core experience in chemical process operations, plant commissioning, or equipment manufacturing.
- Key Skills:
- Proficiency in handling mass transfer, heat transfer, and vacuum systems.
- Strong understanding of process equipment design parameters, P&IDs (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams), and mass balance.
- Proven track record in maintaining safety standards, optimizing production yields, and troubleshooting shop floor operations.
- Ability to lead a team of operators and technicians effectively.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily production schedules and ensure output meets strict quality parameters.
- Monitor unit operations (distillation, evaporation, extraction) and maintain process efficiency.
- Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and implement corrective actions swiftly to minimize downtime.
- Enforce rigorous safety protocols, including work permits, hazardous material handling, and PPE compliance.
- Coordinate cross-functionally with QA, Maintenance, and Logistics teams for smooth plant operations.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
