Job Summary
This role is responsible for leading asset management operations in large-scale, complex environments, leveraging ServiceNow and related ITSM platforms to drive process excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. The individual ensures operational alignment with client SLAs, empowers teams through effective leadership, and delivers strategic solutions to optimize asset lifecycle management and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead asset lifecycle management using ServiceNow and BMC Remedy, ensuring accurate asset tracking, compliance, and reporting across complex environments.
2. Optimize asset inventory processes through automation and advanced configuration in ServiceNow, driving efficiency and reducing manual errors.
3. Implement and refine operational workflows using CA Service Desk Manager and Avanti to support seamless asset onboarding, transfer, and retirement activities.
4. Mentor and guide team members in leveraging ITSM tools for asset management, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
5. Analyze asset management data using ServiceNow reporting tools to identify trends, recommend process enhancements, and ensure alignment with client SLAs.
6. Collaborate with project stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable ServiceNow asset management solutions.
7. Champion the adoption of innovative asset management practices and emerging technologies to enhance operational effectiveness and business outcomes.
Skill Requirements
1. Excellent Ability To Configure, Customize, And Optimize Servicenow Asset Management Modules.
2. Strong Knowledge Of Ca Service Desk Manager And Avanti For Integrated Asset Lifecycle Operations.
3. Advanced Skills In Itsm Tool Administration, Workflow Automation, And Asset Data Analysis.
4. Excellent Leadership Capabilities In Mentoring Teams And Driving Process Innovation In Asset Management.
5. Solid Understanding Of Sla Management And ClientFocused Service Delivery.
