Role Overview:
We are looking for LMS Support Executives to provide high-quality academic and technical assistance through emails and calls. The role involves resolving a high volume of academic queries efficiently while ensuring a seamless user experience for students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and resolve ~200 academic queries per day via calls and emails on CRM.
- Provide accurate academic support related to curriculum, content, and LMS usage.
- Assist parents and teachers in navigating LMS dashboards and resolving technical and troubleshooting issues through Ultraviewer,Anydesk.
- Ensure timely and effective query resolution while maintaining quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal academic and technical teams for issue escalation.
- Maintain proper records of queries and resolutions in the system.
- Deliver professional communication at all times.
- Ensuring FCR (First Call Resolution).
Mandatory Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong ability to manage high query volumes efficiently.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly adapt to digital tools (Ultraviewer, Anydesk)
Prior experience working on ERP systems and LMS platforms.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
