Job Summary
The HR Trainee – Recruitment will assist the Talent Acquisition team in the end-to-end recruitment process. The trainee will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting onboarding activities while gaining practical exposure to recruitment operations and HR practices.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes based on job requirements and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial telephonic screening and assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, offer status, and joining.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and candidate databases accurately.
- Post job openings on various recruitment portals and social media platforms.
- Build and maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment reports, interview records, and hiring MIS.
- Assist in preparing offer letters, internship letters, and other recruitment-related documentation.
- Support onboarding activities and ensure timely completion of joining formalities.
- Maintain confidentiality of candidate and company information.
- Participate in campus drives, walk-in interviews, job fairs, and recruitment campaigns, as assigned.
- Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Perform any other recruitment or HR-related tasks assigned by the Reporting Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (completed or pursuing) in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Freshers are encouraged to apply.
Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
