- MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES
- 1. Secure B2B sales income for Society products, services and events to agreed targets;
- 2. Create opportunity proposals for Society products, services and events. Work with colleagues from all teams, including those in Pharmaceutical Press, to ensure we deliver opportunities that meet client needs;
- 3. Develop packages and pricing strategies across our product portfolio, including event sponsorship, ensuring our brand value is high and our pricing maximized in the competitive environment;
- 4. Approaching prospective B2B clients and maintaining client relationships;
- 5. Develop and maintain the RPS Client database through research and the development of networks;
- 6. Create and update sales status reports including identified contacts, leads and confirmed sales. Prepare and present reports to colleagues, stakeholders and Boards;
- 7. Manage the sales pipeline, from acquisition to long term partnership; 8. Attend sector exhibitions and events to keep knowledge and networks up to date.
- Education: B. Pharm / M. Pharm / B.Sc / MBA (Marketing).
- Experience: 5 to 12 years in pharmaceutical sales, third-party manufacturing, or contract development.
- Technical Knowledge: Sound understanding of pharma dosage forms (tablets, capsules, liquids, etc.), regulatory requirements, and API/excipients.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, networking, and presentation skills.

Pay: ₹85,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
