Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel patients post-consultation regarding advised treatments
- Explain procedures (LHR, peels, lasers, injectables) in simple terms
- Present pricing, packages, and ongoing offers clearly
- Convert consultations into procedures/packages
- Handle patient doubts, objections, and build trust
- Coordinate with doctor and therapist for treatment planning
- Maintain follow-ups (calls/WhatsApp) for pending conversions
- Upsell and cross-sell appropriate services ethically
- Maintain records of conversions and revenue tracking
Should be from a medical background and should be aware of Dermatology & Aesthetics
And also should have knowledge regarding Sales activities
