We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily warehouse operations for our e-commerce business. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of e-commerce fulfillment, inventory management, order processing, and hands-on experience with Unicommerce and major e-commerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end warehouse and e-commerce operations.
- Oversee inventory control, stock audits, and replenishment.
- Ensure timely order processing, packing, dispatch, and returns management.
- Handle marketplace operations across platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
- Manage and optimize workflows in Unicommerce.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure smooth deliveries.
- Monitor warehouse staff performance and daily operations.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and shipments.
- Resolve operational issues and improve warehouse efficiency.
Requirements
- 4–8 years of experience in warehouse and e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Unicommerce is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of e-commerce marketplaces and order management.
- Experience in inventory management and warehouse processes.
- Good leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and warehouse reporting.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of shipping aggregators and logistics management.
- Experience handling high-volume e-commerce orders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
