Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts & Finance Executive with at least 4 years of experience in accounting operations, particularly in Sales order processing and financial report generation in Tally. The candidate will manage day-to-day accounting tasks and support financial operations efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
● Passing accounting entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
● Handling sales order processing, purchase entries, and invoice recording.
● Maitaining accounts receivable and payable records.
● Bank and ledger reconciliation.
● Preparing MIS reports and financial reports for management.
● Managing GST entries and assisting in GST return data preparation.
● Monitoring outstanding payments and follow-ups.
● Assisting in monthly and annual account closing.
● Maintaining accurate financial records and documentation.
● Supporting audit and compliance requirements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance.
● Minimum 4 years of accounting experience.
● Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
● Experience in sales order entries and report generation.
● Good understanding of GST and accounting principles.
● Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting reports.
● Good communication and coordination skills.
● Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Preferred Skills
● Experience working in a Pvt Ltd company.
Ability to independently manage accounts functions.
