Core Responsibilities
- Process Execution: Execute daily transactional tasks according to established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Workflow Monitoring: Track operational metrics, ensure activities align with company guidelines, and meet daily targets for processing speed and accuracy.
- Dispute & Exception Handling: Investigate and resolve discrepancies, escalate complex issues to senior staff, and help troubleshoot process bottlenecks.
- Reporting: Document processes, maintain operational records, and prepare summary reports for management or clients.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current workflows, suggest actionable changes, and assist teams in testing and implementing new procedures or automation tools.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, or a related operational field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.
- Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
- Adaptability: Ability to quickly learn company-specific processes and adapt to dynamic, fast-paced environments.
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
