- Supervise day-to-day construction activities at the project site
- Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, plans, and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor teams
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports
- Ensure quality control and proper execution of work
- Check and verify measurements and quantities of materials used
- Maintain site records, including work progress, materials, and manpower
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations
- Assist in material planning, procurement, and site logistics
- Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions on-site
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to project schedules
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities when requiredRequired Qualifications:
- Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- 0–3 years of experience (freshers can also apply for junior roles)
- Knowledge of construction methods and materials
