Minimum 1 Year Experience in E-Commerce / Marketplace Handling
Experience with platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, and Shopify preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage product listings across multiple online marketplaces.
- Handle order processing, inventory updates, and pricing management.
- Monitor marketplace performance and sales growth.
- Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams for smooth order fulfillment.
- Run and optimize marketplace promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate product descriptions, images, and specifications.
- Handle customer queries, returns, and feedback professionally.
- Track sales reports and marketplace analytics.
- Ensure stock availability and avoid order delays.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in marketplace or e-commerce operations.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify.
- Basic knowledge of online marketing and promotions.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Basic Excel knowledge preferred.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
- E-Commerce / marketplace: 1 year (Preferred)
- Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or Shopify: 1 year (Preferred)
