The DGM – Marketing executes marketing plans for specific brands, therapy segments, or territories. The role supports field force engagement, campaign execution, KOL interactions, and provides actionable market insights to drive brand growth. Principal Tasks & Responsibilities Key Responsibilities 1. Marketing Execution Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and visual aids for assigned brands. Ensure effective field implementation and monitor adherence to brand strategy. 2. KOL & Customer Support Support KOL engagement programs and build relationships with key customers. Participate in medical forums and symposia as required. 3. Market Analysis & Reporting Collect and analyze market data, competitor insights, and customer feedback. Prepare reports for AVP/VP with actionable recommendations. 4. Field Force Training & Enablement Train sales teams on product USPs, brand messages, and campaign execution. Monitor effectiveness of field campaigns and provide guidance for improvement. 5. Cross-Functional Coordination Work closely with Sales, Medical, Regulatory, and Supply Chain teams. Ensure timely availability of marketing materials, samples, and resources.
