- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities
- Configure Zoho One applications to support workflows
- Implement automation rules and dashboards
- Manage Google Workspace environment
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- Document workflows and SOPs
- Support internal teams with technical guidance
Required
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- Experience: 2+ years in system configuration, Zoho One, automation, or process improvement.
- Expertise in Zoho One tools
- Knowledge of Zoho Deluge scripting
- Worked on Zoho APIs for different tools
- Google Workspace administration
- Workflow design and automation
- Analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong communication skills
Nice to Have
- API or scripting experience
- SaaS industry exposure
- Zoho or Google certifications
- Reporting or analytics tools knowledge
