We are seeking an experienced Senior US IT Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting for US Federal and State Government clients. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, sourcing and screening IT professionals, and working with leading ATS platforms, particularly JobDiva.Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions across Federal, State, and Commercial clients.
- Source, identify, and engage qualified candidates through job boards, databases, referrals, and networking channels.
- Utilize JobDiva and other ATS platforms to manage candidate pipelines, track submissions, and maintain accurate records.
- Review job requirements and match candidates based on technical skills, experience, and client needs.
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, reference checks, and preliminary evaluations.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and client stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and full-time opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with Federal and State hiring requirements and client-specific guidelines.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer management and onboarding processes.
- Maintain strong relationships with candidates, vendors, and client hiring managers.
- Meet recruitment KPIs, submission targets, interview ratios, and placement goals.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in US IT Recruitment.
- Proven experience recruiting for US Federal and State Government clients.
- Hands-on experience with JobDiva ATS is mandatory.
- Experience working with other ATS platforms and recruitment tools.
- Strong understanding of US staffing processes, tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), and employment regulations.
- Experience sourcing candidates through job boards such as Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, Monster, CareerBuilder, and Indeed.
- Strong knowledge of various IT technologies and technical roles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of security clearance requirements and government hiring processes.
- Experience handling high-volume recruitment and niche technology requirements.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
