About eLawOffice: eLawOffice is a complete practice management platform built for Indian law firms — covering cases, hearings, billing, HR, eCourt integration, and more. We're growing fast and looking for a driven sales professional to help convert our trial users into paying customers.
Role Overview: We're looking for someone who can take trial sign-ups and turn them into active paid customers. You'll be the key point of contact for firms exploring eLawOffice — understanding their needs, running product demos over video calls, and guiding them to the right plan.
Key Responsibilities: Reach out to trial users and understand their requirements.
- Conduct live software demos over video calls (Zoom/Google Meet).
- Explain features and show how eLawOffice solves each firm's specific pain points.
- Follow up consistently to move trials toward paid plans.
- Handle objections, answer queries, and build trust with prospects .
- Maintain a pipeline of leads and track conversion progress.
- Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the platform.
- Meet monthly conversion and revenue targets.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably SaaS or software sales.
- Comfortable running video call demos and speaking to professionals .
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus).
- Ability to understand software features and explain them simply .
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and organised .
- Basic comfort with CRM tools and follow-up discipline .
Good to Have:
- Experience selling to law firms, professionals, or SMBs .
- Understanding of the legal industry or B2B software.
- Prior trial-to-paid conversion experience .
