This is a full-time on-site role for a Corporate Recruiter at our location in Noida. The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for identifying, screening, and recruiting potential job candidates for a variety of positions within our organization. They will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that we find the most qualified candidates in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in corporate recruitment or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and techniques.
- Experience with applicant tracking software and other HR systems.
- Ability to identify top talent and engage candidates effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and networking skills.
