- PLC Programming of MITSUBISHI FX & Q series, SIEMENS S7 family, DELTA, Allen Bradley
- Communication with Various PLCs
- Mitsubishi CC link Protocol
- Siemens –Profinet communication protocol/hardware
- Installation / Robot start-up
- Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Fanuc, Staubli, ABB washing robots
- Robot Teaching
- Knowledge of communication protocols like Profinet, CC link , Modbus, Ethernet serial is a must.
- Knowledge of VFD, Servo, Stepper, Pressure switches, temperature switches, analog sensors etc settings is required.
- Industry 4.0 exposure
- Overall experience 2-4 years
- Qualification – BE Elect/ Electronics/ Instrumentation
