We’re Hiring: CRM Service – Honda Two-Wheeler Workshop (Adabari, Guwahati)
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome customers and assist them throughout their service visit.
* Coordinate with Service Advisors and the workshop team to ensure smooth vehicle servicing.
* Monitor customer waiting areas and address customer queries or concerns promptly.
* Ensure timely updates are provided to customers regarding the status of their vehicles.
* Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned departments for quick resolution.
* Conduct post-service follow-up calls to gather customer feedback and improve service satisfaction.
* Maintain customer records, service feedback, and CRM reports.
* Ensure adherence to Honda’s customer service standards and dealership SOPs.
* Work closely with the call center and service teams to enhance customer retention and service quality.
Eligibility:
* Graduate in any discipline.
* Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Relationship Management or Customer Service, preferably in the automobile industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving and customer handling abilities.
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is preferred.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
