Arisen Guruteck Solutions LLP is looking for a dynamic, confident, and target-driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, pitching our IT and Digital Marketing services, and converting leads into long-term clients.

Key ResponsibilitiesLead Generation
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, email marketing, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Qualify leads and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Follow up with prospective clients regularly.
Sales & Business Development
- Pitch company services including:
- Website Development
- Mobile App Development
- E-commerce Solutions
- Custom Software Development
- SEO (Search Engine Optimization)
- Social Media Marketing
- Google Ads & Meta Ads
- Branding & Digital Marketing Services
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Schedule client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and project estimates.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Coordinate with the technical and project teams for smooth project handover.
- Follow up on existing clients for repeat business and referrals.
Sales Reporting
- Update CRM with lead status and client interactions.
- Maintain daily activity reports and sales records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services and Digital Marketing.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.
- Fresher or up to 1 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or Digital Marketing Sales.
- Experience in IT Services, Software Sales, or Digital Marketing Agency is an added advantage.
