Executive Secretary positionReporting To: Ms. Samina Khorakiwala, Director – Wockhardt Foundation & Head, Khel Khel Mein ProgramJob SummaryWockhardt Foundation is looking for a dynamic, presentable, and highly organized Executive Secretary to provide dedicated administrative and executive support to Ms. Samina Khorakiwala. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a fast-paced work environment.In addition to managing the Director's day-to-day schedule and correspondence, the candidate will assist with social media coordination, event support, and communication activities related to the Khel Khel Mein initiative. The role requires flexibility to travel with the Director across India as and when required.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel schedules.Coordinate domestic travel, accommodation, and itineraries.Accompany the Director during official travel and events whenever required.Draft emails, letters, meeting notes, presentations, and reports.Handle confidential documents and maintain records with complete discretion.Coordinate with internal teams, external stakeholders, and partners.Manage and update social media platforms by creating and scheduling posts, coordinating content, and monitoring engagement.Provide administrative support during meetings, events, and field visits.Follow up on action points and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.Organize meetings, maintain documentation, and assist with special projects.Perform any other executive or administrative responsibilities assigned by the Director.Eligibility CriteriaBachelor's degree in any discipline.1–3 years of experience as an Executive Secretary, Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar role.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage).Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.Good understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel extensively across India at short notice.Preferred AttributesSmart, energetic, and proactive personality.Strong coordination and problem-solving abilities.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Passion for social impact, education, and community development.Joining: Immediate preferred.--Regards,
