Job Summary
Abhinav Futuristics Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic and presentable Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Chairman. The ideal candidate will be technically savvy, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and demonstrate strong organizational abilities to manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Executive Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to the Chairman in day-to-day operations.
- Communication & Correspondence: Draft, review, and manage official communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Calendar Management: Organize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements with precision.
- Meeting Coordination: Plan, prepare agendas, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
- Documentation: Maintain records, reports, and confidential files with accuracy.
- Follow-up Management: Track pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate degree preferred.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
- Interpersonal Skills: Ability to interact effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in MS Office, email platforms, and digital tools.
- Presentation: Well-groomed, confident, and professional demeanor.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in executive support roles preferred.

Compensation
Competitive salary package commensurate with experience.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
