Experience: years d candidate Education: Wl'ech in Chemical/EIecuochcmical Engineering, Chemical engineering, or MSc Chemistry Department: Surl%dce Finishing Electroplating Reporting to: Jidhun Balan position: Plating Engineer Responsibilities: Process Design & Implementation: Design, develop. and instan electroplating lines and processes Oversce implementation and ensure process stability Technical Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in plating operations Support production teams with technical guidance Process Optimization: Monitor and improve plating efficiency and effectiveness Ensure daily and monthly production targets are met Training & Support: Train production personnel on plating procedures and best practices Promote adherence to safcty and quality standards Skills and attributes Competencies: Advanced knowledge or electroplating and surface finishing technologies Hands-on experience with Gold, Nickel, Silver, Electroless Nickel plating Preferable experience in V ibmbot plating and Reel-to-Reel plating Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory compliance Ability to analyze and solve complex technical challenges
